Thank you for visiting our website. I started Wilson Employment Networks, LLC in 2000 after 20 years in business management and 8 years in the staffing industry. It became clear to me that the traditional temp and recruiting agencies business models were missing significant opportunities to positively impact the performance, productivity, and revenue generation of their client customers. Wilson Employment Networks, LLC was created to take the traditional staffing and recruiting model to the next level of strategic partners in human capital management.

In order to build this new business model, my team began meeting with successful business executives to identify the unique staffing and recruiting needs of their organizations. We also learned from them about the culture of their organizations and their own internal best practices. With this information, our highly trained team of certified human resources staffing and recruiting specialists created customized staffing and recruiting solutions to meet their specific needs and incorporated their best practices with ours. Our clients quickly saw the results and benefits our services provided: reducing expenses, increasing efficiency, and minimizing risks through our strategic staffing process.

Our team is Wilson Employment Networks, LLC greatest asset. All of our Staffing Specialists are required to achieve their Certified Staffing Specialist (CSP) or Professional Human Resources (PHR) designation within their first year of employment. In addition, they all receive a minimum of 40 hours of training per year in employment law, Human Resources performance and productivity best practices, and recruiting technology. Unlike traditional temp agencies, we have above-average retention of our team members. Our clients benefit from their specific knowledge of the culture and needs of their organizations.
