Paul Wilson, President

Paul Wilson, with over 20 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, team building, training, strategic planning, and leadership, is the founder of Wilson Employment Networks, LLC. Paul is the past President of the New Hampshire Staffing Association, and is an active volunteer with Granite State Human Resources Conference, the Human Resources Association of Greater Concord, and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.

Joe Wentworth, PHR, Vice President

Joe brings to our organization a wealth of experience in Customer Service, Human Resources and Employment Law. His computer technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of both administrative and light industrial environments are essential to our understanding of our clients needs. Joe holds the Professional Human Resources designation, and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management. Joe is currently a Board Member for the Manchester Area Human Resources Association, as both the Publicity Chair and representing the SHRM Foundation. He actively participates in Employment Law and Human Resource educational programs. Joe is also a committee member for the Concord Young Professionals Network and Main Street Concord.

Katherine Robarge, CSP, Staffing Specialist

Kathy is our focused account logistics coordinator / recruiter and internal resource for a variety of organizational activities. Her strong communication and customer service skills are a great asset to our internal staff, field employees and clients. Kathy has achieved and maintains her Certified Staffing Professional designation through the American Staffing Association. She has boundless energy and is always seeking opportunities to be of service, learn new things and take on new challenges.

Sarah Loui, CSP, Staffing Specialist

Sarah brings to our team a solid foundation of experience in office administration and customer service. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of New Hampshire, Bachelor Degree in Communication Arts. She was also a recipient of the prestigious Presidential Scholar Award. Sarah has achieved and maintains her Certified Staffing Professional designation through the American Staffing Association. She is an excellent researcher and recruiter. Sarah administers all of our payroll and accounting activities. She is knowledgeable in wage and hour law and is highly organized at managing her many responsibilities. Sarah is always willing to assist her co-workers with special projects, and has a “can do” attitude at all challenges presented to her.

Lynn Johnson, Staffing Specialist

Lynn has over 15 years experience in the staffing industry and is well known in the Central NH business community. Our clients respect Lynn’s abilities to identify, evaluate, and, place our most qualified candidates into their organization. She consistently exceeds our clients and candidates expectations with the outstanding customer service, communication, and follow-through. Her knowledge, experience, and team work is one of the secrets to our success!

Jennifer DeLisi, Staffing Specialist

Jenn joins our team with an outstanding customer service background and strong customer development skills. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Granite State College with her Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science. She is eager to crossover the skills she has attained through her degree and her experience as they apply to Human Resources. In her previous position as Lead Customer Service Associate at Ocean Bank, Jenn handled hiring, training and team development. She has also participated in leadership roles within the community.

Jenn is an active member of Main Street Concord Inc. and has been involved with Concord Young Professionals and Chamber events. She enjoys philanthropic efforts including fundraising for New Hampshire Food Bank, March of Dimes, United Way and many other charitable organizations. Her outgoing personality will allow her to continue developing customer relationships throughout the community as she continues to grow with us here at Wilson Employment Networks, LLC.
