When are time slips due? 
Our work week is Sunday through Saturday. We recommend that you have your time slip signed and fax it to us at the end of your work week. It is required that time slips are in our office by 9AM on Monday morning. You will receive a new time slip with your paycheck every week or pay stub if receiving direct deposit.
What day is pay day? 
Payday is Friday. Your paycheck will be mailed on Wednesdays as long as we have received your time sheet. If we have not received your time sheet you are required to pick up your paycheck between 9am and 3pm on Friday.
Do you offer Direct Deposit? 
Yes we do offer direct deposit. If you would like direct deposit, please open and print the direct deposit form and bring to our office. Your Pay will be automatically deposited on Payday (Friday).
My address has changed. What do I need to do? 
If you have a change of address you must fill out a new form W-4 and send a copy to the payroll department. All address changes must reach the payroll department by Monday to be in effect for the current pay check being processed.
My phone number has changed. What do I need to do? 
Please call Wilson Employment Networks immediately to update your contact information.
What do I do if my check gets lost in the mail? 
We mail all paychecks before 5PM on the Wednesday before payday. If your check has not arrived by Friday, please contact us.
What do I do if I am injured on the job? 
If you are injured at work, you must notify your supervisor at the client company and contact us immediately. You are responsible to communicate the status of your injury, availability to work, and to insure that copies of all written documentation from your doctors and hospital are presented to Wilson Employment Networks immediately.
What do I do if I see unsafe work conditions?
Please contact your Wilson Employment Networks representative immediately.
What do I do if I am going to be out sick or late to work?
If you cannot attend work for any reason or you are going to be late, we require that you contact us and your supervisor as early as possible or at least one hour before your scheduled work time. We have an answering machine on 24 hours a day.
What do I do if I feel that I have been harassed or discriminated against?
It is important to us that we place you in a friendly and safe environment. If you experience any offensive or harassing behavior, please notify us immediately so that we may address the situation.
What format do you prefer resumes in?
We prefer to have resumes emailed to us in Microsoft Word format or Adobe Portable Document Format (.doc or .pdf).
